Collaborators & Contributors
Two different words, two different jobs:

A person can be one, the other, both, or neither.
Collaborators
Inviting
On a Publication's Collaborators tab, click Invite a Collaborator, enter the person's Bluesky handle, and send. They're notified and see the invitation the next time they open SkyScribe. Each entry shows a status — Invited, Accepted, or Rejected — and the owner is marked Owner.
How a Collaborator submits a Document
A Collaborator writes a Document on their own account, exactly like any other Document. When they use Publish, the Publication dropdown includes the Publications they collaborate on — choosing one changes the button to Submit for Review instead of publishing directly.
Reviewing submissions
You (the owner) see submitted Documents in the Publication's review queue and open each one to Approve — choosing which Category it goes into — or Reject, with an optional reason. The Collaborator is notified either way. A rejected Document stays as their Draft; they can revise and resubmit.
A Collaborator can withdraw a submission that's still pending from My Pending Submissions on their Documents page.
Contributors
A Contributor is a credit on one Document. In the Document editor, use Add Contributor:
- Bluesky handle — the person being credited.
- Role — pick one, or choose a custom role (e.g. "Fact Checker", "Photographer").
Contributors appear as a byline wherever the Document is displayed. Adding someone as a Contributor doesn't give them any access to your Document or Publication — for that, invite them as a Collaborator.
